Have you ever felt fearful or anxious about dealing with aggressive or challenging students?

It's no secret that the teaching profession involves confronting difficult student behaviours. Learning how to effectively manage challenging students is an essential skill that can significantly boost job satisfaction and reduce stress in what is already a demanding profession.

The TPAA is hosting a live webinar with an expert panel to provide informative strategies and techniques for dealing with difficult students. This interactive session will allow teachers to ask questions and receive practical advice. Join TPAA national coordinator Scott Stanford and TPAA Case Support Robert Amedee as they discuss:

  • Understanding students and how they learn: the unique needs and motivations of challenging students
Being proactive - building rapport strategies: Techniques to establish positive relationships with difficult students
  • Individual student plans: Developing tailored approaches for managing specific challenging behaviours
  • Creating & maintaining safe learning environments: Ensuring a positive classroom atmosphere for all students
  • The legalities: Understanding your rights and responsibilities when dealing with challenging student behaviours.

Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your skills in managing challenging student behaviours and create a more positive learning environment for all.
